                                                                       COMMENTARY

The theme of this chapter is the Salvation of Spiritual Israel According to the Election of
Grace! God has exercized His Sovereign Prerogative over His creatures by choosing some to life and others to death without regard to Character or Actions! This choice was based on nothing more than the free and good will and pleasure of GOD! BOW!

In this and the next verse we discover;

* The Absolute Sovereignty of God in determining the Eternal Destiny of all His creatures before they  were born.
* The Mercy of God revealed in His love.
* The Justice of God revealed in His hatred.
* The destruction of sinners conditioned on their sin.
* The salvation of some conditioned on God's sovereign will.

In this verse we are given the purpose of God which is according to Election.
