COMMENTARY
So also the Christian is dead to sin & lives unto God.
How in the world can this be if he is still sinning 24/7? Does
the man in Romans 7 look like he is dead to
sin?¿?¿?¿?¿ Does it look like he is living unto God?¿?¿?¿?¿ Not even hardly.
That man can do nothing else -but- sin. In fact the passage
plainly says that he makes a -Practice- of sin in vss 15
& 19; and the same Apostle that wrote that passage also wrote
Galatians 5:21 where he testifies that anybody who makes a
-Practice- of sin will -Not- inherit the KOG. That can only mean
that people who make a -Practice- of sin are Unregenerate.
See the Greek word for "Practice" which is 'Prasso'; Strong's #
4238. This word is found in both Galatians 5:21 & Romans 7:15 &
19. Paul is telling us that the man in Romans 7 was making a
-Practice- "Prasso" of sin and in Galatians 5:21 he
says that such people will not inherit God's Kingdom. That means the
man in Romans 7 was Unregenerate and anyone who says he was saved is
making the Bible contradict and denying the Christian Gospel.
