                                                                              COMMENTARY

'those who practice, Prasso,  such things'. Strong's #4238.  The --Judgment-- of God is on those who Practice such things; what things?... Sin!  The Romans 7 man Practiced such things; Therefore either the Bible contradicts itself by teaching that there are some people who make a -Practice- of sin and are Lost, Galatians 5:21; and others who are making a -Practice- of sin and are yet saved, Romans 7:15,  &  19; which is an illogical contradiction, or Paul in Romans 7  was describing an unregenerate man.

Moreover Col_3:9 says Christians have  -put off-  the old man with its Practices.  There the word is 'praxis' is the noun form of  'prasso'.  These people here in Romans 1 & 2... as well as 7 have -not- put off the old man with its Practices. They are still Practicing sin and are therefore under the judgment of Almighty God which means they are Lost.
