COMMENTARY
The creation does contain within itself some form of knowledge
as to the existence of God; but it does -Not- contain or partake of
that which is of His essence. Tho it "displays" His eternal power it is
not itself eternal! Otherwise we would then have a form of
pantheism which would involve God in Change! God, as to His essence is
totally exhaustive in and of Himself within the confines of His nature
and the Trinity. That means He never changes. Therefore, as an
UNcreated being... nothing that is created by Him can possibly share in
His nature or essence. Further, the creation does -Not- reveal His
moral goodness or righteousness. Specifically this passage tells us it
is the Wrath of God that is revealed in creation! His moral goodness is
revealed in the Gospel; vs 17.
