                                                             COMMENTARY

  Righteousness comes by way of faith. Therefore all who do not have faith, which means all who do not believe the truth are Unrighteous.  And to not have faith is to not be a believer. Therefore, all unbelievers are unrighteous.

[by the by; the statement; "All unbelievers are unrighteous"  does not necessarily imply "All believers are righteous".  If "all non-heavenly bodies are non-stars" it does not follow that "All heavenly bodies are stars"! Logic 101.]

Now follow... there are goons out there who say that a person can be Regenerate before he ever hears & believes the truth. That means there are such monsters as Unrighteous Unbelievers who are at the same time Regenerate. That would also mean that there are Regenerate Unrighteous Unbelievers who are holding the truth in Unrighteousness, of whom Paul says in the next verse that such people are under the wrath of God!! Wow! Regenerate Unbelievers who are under the wrath of God. Figure that one out! 

The same question also applies to the 3 Is; Imbeciles, Idiots and the biggiee... Infants. Unless they have Faith they are Unrighteous and Paul said in 1Cor. 6:9 that the Unrighteous shall not inherit the KOG... which can only mean that such people are lost. Therefore, Covenant Theologians have Unrighteous sinners in the "covenant";... s0-called "children of believers".
