                                      COMMENTARY

  This vs is proof that the Biblical nation of Israel no longer exists. It tells us that as long as that nation, which was God’s chosen nation in a temporal sense, was in existence then the sacrificial system under the Levitical Priesthood was an Absolute Necessity! Seeing then that there is no more Levitical Priesthood or sacrificial system [we have neither tabernacle nor temple!] that means there is no more Biblical Israel... which was a Theocracy. The Israel that now exists is NOT a Theocracy, nor does it have a temple nor a Biblical system of animal sacrifices. And Hebrews informs us...

Heb 8:5  Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.

All things must be done ~Exactly~ as God says otherwise the Covenant is broken. There's no more OT Israelite Theocracy. There's no more Ten Commandments Covenant, and there's no more sign of that covenant, the Sabbath.
