COMMENTARY
Covenant Theology reading.... And for this cause he is the administrator of
the same covenant..... that they which are born into a Christian home
might receive the promise by (infant) baptism.
Covenant Theologians make the absurd, heretical pronouncement that
infants who are born to believing parents are "in the covenant". Which
covenant? Believe it or not they say.. the New Covenant! That means
that they believe that unregenerate, unbelieving infants are among the elect... "those who are called"! They believe that unregenerate, unbelieving infants are in the New
Covenant, which is the covenant of the Blood of Jesus Christ which He
shed for His people, the elect of God! Meditate on that one and then
see verse 8:10.
