COMMENTARY
This chapter is the Death Knell to both Covenant Theology and
Dispensationalism! Covenant Theology attempts to drag Moses into the
New Testament and make him an integral part of the New Covenant. They
do this by teaching that the 10 C’s are still applicable under
the New Covenant. Dispensationalism attempts to drag Moses beyond the
New Testament into the so-called ‘millennium’. They do this
by their teaching that in the ‘millennium’ the entire
sacrificial system under the Levitical priesthood will be
re-instituted. Both views are an attempt to resurrect Moses and have
him usurp the place that rightfully belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore both views nullify Jesus Christ as the final Priest and
destroy the New Covenant.
