                                 COMMENTARY

ASV; Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of any tree of the garden? Nope; That ain't what God said at all.

KJV; Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
Nope; That ain't it either.

LITV; And the serpent was cunning above every animal of the field which Jehovah God had made. And he said to the woman, Is it true that God has said, You shall not eat from any tree of the garden?
Nope; That ain't it either.

Satan is a slick one trying to change the word of God in such a way that it doesn't look like a change. But none of these sayings even comes close to what God actually said.  And there are many today who claim to believe and stand on the Bible while at the same time they do the same thing their father did... change the word of God in such a way that it doesn't look like a change. They then use the change to concoct false doctrine.
