Exo 31:12  And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,
Exo 31:13  speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily ye shall keep my sabbaths: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am Jehovah who sanctifieth you. ASV

                           COMMENTARY

  The sabbath was both a sign and a covenant between God and Israel throughout their generations. No Gentile had any part of either the sign or the covenant. Verse 16 tells us it was a  Perpetual  covenant. That means it would last as long as the Nation of Israel lasted; which nation came to an end with the Advent of Messiah. It came to an end when Messiah took the entire Old Covenant Law and nailed it to His cross! Col 2:13 -17ff. Therefore, neither the Covenant, which was the 10 Cs nor the sign, which was the sabbath was "for all men in all ages". They were for the Nation of Israel exclusively. God Himself said so. Anyone who says otherwise is contradicting God.
