                                        COMMENTARY

  And every one who does -not-  do righteousness is -not- born of him. This verse delivers the death blow to all those who think they are saved while they are still wicked and can do nothing good. If a person has a wicked heart and can do nothing good then, according to this verse, he testifies that he has not been born of God. That means he lost folksiees! And this includes people who say everything a Christian does is "tainted with sin". That resolves into sinful good works which is manifest absurd nonsense. You won't find -that- anywhere in the Bible.
